Use this form to add your event, discount or Bike Week freebie to our 2022 schedule. The deadline for submission is May 27, 2022. The deadline for event small grant applications is also May 27th. Please review these guidelines.

Supply the full URL to a web site with more information about this event. This should be specific to the event, not simply a link to your business or organization (see "Sponsors" for this information). It could be a Facebook event or blog post or whatever you like.

This is an interactive map of approved locations for Madison Bike Week 2022. These locations have been vetted and already have city permits (or do not need permits). If you plan on using a location not on the list, choose “other” on the form and let us know so we can add it to the map. Note: if on city or private property, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. Light green locations currently do not have any events scheduled; dark green locations have events scheduled but still have available slots; red locations are no longer available
